About the role
- The Prescriber offers psychiatric assessment and medication management within the outpatient Youth Psychiatry setting in the Health Center Program.
- This position is responsible for individual services to patients assigned by Crossroads Health.
- This licensed provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree (minimum)
- Must have valid driver's license
Compensation
- Standard Care Arrangement (annually) or Supervision Agreement (whichever applicable) (employer provided)
