About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in finance or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Manage client accounts and provide administrative and operational support to brokers.
Perform policy data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with other financial record-keeping tasks.
Support bookkeeping functions, including maintaining documentation and financial records.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance or customer service role.
Proficiency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is highly desirable to effectively communicate with clients.

Insurance industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with Power Broker software or similar insurance management systems is an asset.
Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with data analysis, account reconciliation, and collections follow-ups.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or Punjabi is an asset.
