  • Experience leading the planning and negotiating of federal acquisition of goods, systems, and services.
  • Experience interpreting the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplemental policies to identify and analyze procurement issues.
  • Experience auditing major acquisitions to present findings and recommend corrective actions.
