About the role

This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by Bank Operations leadership.
This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) at the UMB Technology & Operations Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.
Work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

As the Bank Operations Onboarding Specialist, you will partner with business unit stakeholders and Bank Operations business systems analyst teams to successfully onboard new and existing client treasury services.
You will also work with partners to find solutions for client set-ups based on their unique needs.
Proactively develop a relationship with the relationship and treasury service teams, as well as other operational teams, to identify solutions to problems and improve client experience.
Construct test cases, develop test scripts and facilitate appropriate testing of new services.
Validate production implementation.

Demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround requests.
Ability to work independently as well as in team environments.
Knowledge and understanding of Cash Management products and services, including but not limited to, Online Banking platforms, ACH, Wire and Bank Operations.

Knowledge and understanding of Web-based Treasury applications, including but not limited to Pep+, mainframe, UMB Direct, UMB Online Banking.
Knowledge and understanding of BAW, Hogan, FileNet, Lockbox, Positive Pay, ImageCentre, and UMB Wire applications.
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory issues such as the Bank Secrecy Act, FACTA, and NACHA Rules.
