About the role
- The Classified Physical Security team is responsible for ensuring the security of classified facilities for Anduril's most sensitive programs and contracts.
- The team has individuals located across the country working collaboratively to ensure the security of Anduril's classified facilities and government information.
- We are looking for a Classified Physical Security Specialist to join our growing team in Costa Mesa, California.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date status of construction schedules and coordinate security task scheduling with the design and construction team while ensuring that the all stakeholders have full visibility into all relevant design revisions and issues as they arise, and keep track of all longer-term strategic goals.
- Develop detailed reports on facility status, system issues, and compliance findings and compile them into a tracker that is accessible to various stakeholders.
- Maintain all security-related records of job status and accreditation status by working with closely with the security construction team and project stakeholders.
- Lead and manage relationships with Anduril security vendors for the sourcing, procurement and integration of security hardware for new ICD-705 construction efforts and retrofits ensuring compliance with government and Anduril standards.
- Research and provide input on security-in-depth standards for each build. Verify and maintain security measures on new and existing facilities, and actively participate in build meetings and daily site walkthroughs.
- Assist with reviewing design drawings for compliance, identifying and flagging any non-compliance issues.
- Ensure Construction Security Plans are developed properly for each independent build, appropriately disseminated to relevant stakeholders, and ensure they are being followed.
- Ensure that lessons-learned are memorialized and incorporated into a secure construction "playbook" for application to future builds.
- The team provides full lifecycle management and support for the design, oversight and facility accreditation for Anduril's secure spaces.

Requirements
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines to understand and identify/evaluate program risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigations for physical, visual, acoustic and TEMPEST standards.
- Experience with the preparation and maintenance of concept request approval memoranda, Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Tempest checklists and construction security plans.
- Ability build and maintain relationships with government security counterparts and external vendors including construction and general contracting firms, alarm integrators, and other service providers as required
Skills
- Completion of a formal ICD-705 or Site Security Manager course within the last three (3) years.
- Experience working physical security projects/planning within both the DoD SCI, SAP and IC community
- Ability to troubleshoot and execute basic repairs of locking mechanisms, and Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Current SCI eligibility
- Strong analytical decision-making and problem solving capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others
- US Salary Range
- $112,000 - $149,000 USD
