About the role
- This person will be responsible for end-to-end strategy, performance oversight, and cross-functional alignment, while managing agencies responsible for day-to-day operations, optimization, and media execution.
- The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, analytical depth, and operational rigor with a passion for longevity and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the long-term marketplace growth strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging digital retail partners.
- Lead and manage agency partners responsible for day-to-day optimization, content, advertising, and operations providing strategic direction, KPI frameworks, and performance accountability.
- Drive channel-level sales, profitability, and efficiency goals by optimizing assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategy.
- Partner with marketing to integrate paid media strategies (Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping) into the broader acquisition roadmap.
- Build executive-ready dashboards summarizing performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, and Creative to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign alignment across DTC and marketplaces.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain on inventory management, demand planning, and fulfillment optimization.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or digital retail, ideally within high-growth consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
- Experience driving customer experience improvements across site and marketplaces
- Proven success developing and executing marketplace strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms.
- Proactive communicator and problem solver who thrives in collaborative settings
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to measure and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Comfort operating at both a strategic and tactical level-balancing vision-setting with hands-on execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership capabilities, ability to influence senior leadership and experience building and developing high-performing ecommerce teams

Compensation
- 401K with 100% match up to 5% of your salary
- $170,000-$190,000
- Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
- Partner with agency to build quarterly and annual marketplace plans including forecasting, budget allocation, and product launch sequencing.
