Being a Play Partner: Using a child's favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize.
Building Independence: Helping a child master daily routines that make a big difference for their family.

You are a compassionate person with a big heart and the right foundation to hit the ground running.
The Training: You have already completed your 40-hour RBT training course.
The Experience: You have a high school diploma and at least a year of experience working with children (especially those with special needs).
