Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage essential daily tasks, including office supply procurement, snack/beverage stocking, mail delivery, maintaining basic office tidiness, and acting as the primary liaison for building management and vendors.
- Lead project management on any projects relating to the office, including office refurbishments/remodeling.
- Community Spirit: A background or strong interest in culture building and creating inclusive, engaging workplace environments.

Requirements
- Organizational Prowess: A natural ability to juggle multiple operational tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: A professional and welcoming demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from vendors to executive leadership.
- You have established a consistent operational rhythm across the Boston and Wilmington offices, with the Maitland & Buenos Aires teams feeling fully supported remotely.
- You have successfully coordinated several team events that have significantly contributed to the local office "buzz" and employee engagement.
- You are comfortably assisting the P&C team with weekly administrative tasks and have become a "go-to" resource for office-related questions.
- You have mastered the complexities of multi-site management and played a key role in any office improvements or space optimizations.
Nice to have
- Office support experience is not required
- however, previous experience in office management, office moves, and/or office buildouts is a major plus and will help you hit the ground running.

- Compensation & Benefits
- The target Total Compensation range for this position is $33-$40 per hour.
- This range is inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity, commission, or other bonus structures).
- All offers of employment are subject to Catapult's positive prehire check.
