About the role

- This includes supporting leadership development programs, campus traditions, and student-led initiatives in fraternity and sorority life and other programs under the Leadership and Engagement umbrella.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer service to students, parents, and partners as needed to address both immediate and chronic, or time-sensitive Fraternity & Sorority Engagement concerns.
- Attends, participates in, and provides support for all staff training, in-services, retreats, departmental or supervisor meetings, and/or University committees as requested..
- This staff member will develop resources, programs, and systems that support the members, leaders, and advisors of fraternity and sorority chapters and governing councils.

Skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Knowledge of student learning and operational assessment processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and proactively problem-solve.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed and appropriate.
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of full-time experience in fraternity/sorority life or related Student Affairs field.
- Knowledge of and a professional commitment to student development and effective higher education administration practices.
- Prior experience with social Greek letter organizations.
- Directly advises two of the four governing councils
- National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and United Greek Council (UGC).
- Supervises, trains, develops, and evaluates undergraduate student staff.
