Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Installation Work Packages & Inspection Test Plans.
  • Support the project team to complete weekly schedule updates are provided and incorporated in the project schedule, ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met.

Requirements

  • 10 years of civil construction experience.
  • 5 years' experience in a supervisory or superintendent role.
  • Experience in energy, renewables, industrial, or utility electrical construction.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, drawings, standards, and installation practices.
  • Must be able to work on project site, and open to relocation for future projects.

  • $130,000 - $150,000
  • Spencerville, Ontario.
  • Base salary is $130,000 - $150,000, dependent on candidate job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits

  • Immediate enrollment in the Company paid benefit package.
  • Eligibility to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive Compensation Program (ICP), with a target bonus opportunity up to 10% of base salary.

  • POSITION SUMMARY: The Civil Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction activities on project sites.
  • This role ensures that all civil work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, contract requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • The Civil Superintendent provides leadership to civil crews and subcontractors, coordinates closely with project management, engineering, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and structural teams, and acts as a key onsite representative for civil scope execution from construction through commissioning and turnover.
