- RCEB programs and governance structure; Lanterman Act roles and responsibilities; Board fiduciary duties and ethics; Financial oversight; Open meeting and public participation requirements; Ongoing support and accommodations are provided, including for RCEB clients serving on the Board.
- Board service is an honorary, volunteer role providing governance and oversight to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) and their families in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
