- The Work Environment - This role works on-site from Ascent's Encino office, Monday - Thursday (Fridays are work-from-home).

Responsibilities
- At Ascent, we stand united in building a community where everyone is empowered to succeed.
- Lead and manage the Client Acquisition Team, whose primary responsibility is cold calling and selling the Ascent platform to prospective clients, often serving as the first point of contact from the Sales organization.
- Leverage, enhance, source, validate, and integrate internal and external data tools to support client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives.
Compensation
- $150,000 - $175,000 with 20% bonus target
