About the role

We're looking for someone with unusual range - what we think of as altitude.
You can go all the way up and be genuinely strategic about how we operate a portfolio, and you can go all the way down and ride in the van to solve a problem on-site the same afternoon.

Own onboarding and integration for each business we acquire - from first day to fully up and running.
Own customer delight and NPS - you're the reason operators are glad they joined us.
Partner with product and engineering to feed the field's reality back into what we build.
Build and lead the operations team over time, setting the standard for how we operate everywhere.
