Responsibilities
- Lead the development of multi-year product roadmaps that balance customer needs, regulatory obligations, market opportunities, and business goals.
- Lead portfolio-level prioritization and roadmap decisions within approved investment parameters.
- Support business case development and funding discussions for strategic initiatives.
- Establish product governance, planning cadences, and operating mechanisms that create transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams to translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable product investments.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-informed decision making and customer feedback loops.
- Partner with Regulatory, Compliance, Clinical, and Commercial leaders to ensure products support evolving industry requirements and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on commercialization opportunities, partnership strategies, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Owners.
- Maintain standards for discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and outcome measurement.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
