Responsibilities

  • Maintains company-wide compliance with government regulations including FLSA and Equal Pay Act, DOL, wage and hour regulations, ERISA, 401(k), COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and IRS regulations.
  • Administers and develops compensation approaches and leveling recommendations in partnership with managers and global Human Resources teams.
  • Supports, guides, trains, and coaches a team to set daily and weekly goals, check work progress, track performance metrics, and complete tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience leading direct reports, setting priorities, coaching performance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Strong track record of collaboration and proactive communication across multiple teams and stakeholders with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience with ERISA, IRS, and DOL audits, reporting, and disclosure compliance
  • Working knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Listens and acts as a resource to employees and managers with a high degree of understanding, support, and empathy.

Compensation

  • $132,000 - $155,000 USD

  • Leverages AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen insights, and support continuous improvement across compensation, benefits, accommodations, and leave programs.
