Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Project Delivery
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to GEMS' quality standards, ensuring all obligations are met under the GEMS Way proven process.
- Own project P&L, tracking budgets, change orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable in coordination with Finance and Operations.
- Lead and align all internal delivery partners; Operations Leads, SMEs, Analysts, and Coordinators-to achieve efficient, standardized execution.
- Drive accountability through clear expectations, communication, and coordination across departments.
- Manage scope changes through formal documentation and communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support proposal development and continuous improvement of scoping and estimating practices.
