As a bridge engineer, you will be involved in diverse transportation projects spanning multiple locations, clients, complexity, and size.

Lead and perform design for various aspects of bridge, retaining wall, and culvert design.
Demonstrate knowledge and application of engineering principles and ability to complete design and analysis calculations.
Review or check design calculations, engineering estimates, and plans developed by others.
Perform hydraulic studies in relation to bridge design development.
Provide mentorship and support to other engineers.
Experience in steel and concrete design.
Strong knowledge of Florida DOT and AASHTO design standards.

Must be ABET Accredited
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with understanding of bridge design and engineering principles.
Experience with bridge analysis software (OpenBridge Designer, finite element modeling, line girder analysis).
therefore, the ability to work autonomously is required.
In addition, sales support or industry involvement may be required to assist in growing the region.
Ability to work in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer.
