About the role
- Ability to penetrate across the customer organization, including merchandising, marketing, supply chain and finance at the appropriate levels, institute agreed to business principles, and have regular contact.
Responsibilities
- In Partnership with Sr. Director Develops, implements, and monitors Revlon's Joint Business Category Plan with CVS
- Manages development of Omni-Channel Strategies:
- Develop and implement business building strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks
- In conjunction with the Demand Planning team, maintain up to date Shipment forecast
- Lead, develop and facilitate internal and external relationships in support of the business objectives
- Contribute point of view and develop retail action plans to improve shelf conditions and become more efficient with internal teams listed below
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to identify both short and long range sustainable growth opportunities based on in-depth understanding of both company and customer strategies.
- candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.
- Creates "Close the Gap" plans where required
Nice to have
- 3-5+ years direct selling experience within CPG industry required (Cosmetics, specific applicable Channel experience preferred)
