About the role

  • This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership in Azure cloud ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enhancement initiatives for Azure-based applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
  • Drive continuous improvement across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead implementation of cloud best practices across environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and governance standards.
  • Manage enhancement backlog, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, support, and business teams.
  • Drive defect resolution, root cause analysis, and production improvements.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and deployment planning.
  • Drive CI/CD adoption and automation initiatives.
  • Implement observability, logging, and alerting frameworks.

Compensation

  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
  • At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $185,000.
