- This role is responsible for delivering engaging, timely, and effective communications that help employees stay informed, connected, and aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of internal communications platforms, including employee newsletters, intranet platforms, and digital workplace tools.
- Develop and manage the internal communications editorial strategy, content calendar, and publishing governance across enterprise channels.
- Manage editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and content workflows across internal communications channels.
- Efficiently create, edit, and publish content that supports organizational priorities, employee engagement, business initiatives, and company culture.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop communications that effectively reach and engage employees.
- Support development and execution of communication campaigns, leadership communications, organizational announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain communications measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into employee engagement, channel performance, and communications effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, content strategy, digital communications, or related fields.
- Experience managing internal communications channels such as intranets, employee newsletters, digital workplace platforms, or content management systems.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
- Experience using communications analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
