Requirements

  • Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and identify solutions to maintenance problems.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools.
  • Ability to be on foot for long periods, up to 90% of day.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs from time to time.

  • What you'll be responsible for: As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll focus on routine maintenance tasks, preventative care, and responding to basic repair requests.
  • You'll help keep the property in excellent condition by handling minor repairs, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with larger projects under supervision.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform basic repairs such as light bulb replacement, unclogging drains, patching walls, and minor carpentry or painting tasks.
  • Assist with routine inspections of equipment (e.g., HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures, safety devices) and report issues promptly.
  • Support outdoor upkeep, including light landscaping, snow removal, or debris cleanup.
  • Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time.
  • Follow safety procedures when using tools, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and storage spaces.
  • Provide courteous and timely responses to guest and staff requests.
