Oversee table games and employees to ensure that the safety, integrity, security and Company and regulatory policies/procedures of the above are upheld.

Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness as well as the integrity of the casino operation.
Constant evaluation of current business conditions, special events, and weather, with respect to amount of current staffing levels as to maintain proper gaming levels at any certain point.
Maintains confidentiality of all property and Boyd Gaming trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
Maintain positive customer relations, evaluate play, and extend complimentary services when appropriate.

Must be 21 years of age.
Two (2) years of experience as a Floor Supervisor.
Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies.
Must have thorough knowledge of a minimum of two (2) games.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
Must have thorough knowledge of all casino games, rules, procedures, and regulations.

Issue comps for customers/guests in accordance with established property standards
