Responsibilities
- This role executes sourcing activities including market research, vendor outreach, bid coordination, sourcing analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen and optimize the vendor network.
- Support sourcing initiatives through vendor outreach, bid and proposal coordination, supplier negotiations, and onboarding activities including contract execution, compliance verification, and documentation management.
- Partner with Operations, Vendor Relations, Compliance, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support sourcing projects, vendor assignments, service continuity, and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor sourcing projects, maintain accurate vendor records, support vendor governance activities, and identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes, operational efficiency, and vendor engagement. __________________________________________________________
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze sourcing data, vendor information, operational metrics, and reporting to support recommendations while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 2-5+ years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, procurement support, vendor onboarding, operations, customer service coordination, or a related business environment preferred.
