Contribute to budget development and performance standards of department and direct reports. - Assignments are defined in the form of objectives.
Participate and present at meetings with internal and external representatives.

Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to support timely deductions, funding processes, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and cross-border compliance obligations.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

First-level and/or advanced university degree preferred.

We're looking for a Global Benefit's Manager to lead the administration and operational delivery of global employee benefits programs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and a consistent employee experience aligned with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
Oversee vendor relationships across multiple countries, including performance management, service-level monitoring, renewal execution, contractual alignment, and coordination of implementations or program changes.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, business plans and independent judgment.Collaborate with team(s), customers/ clients, functional peer group managers and occasionally senior management.
