Responsibilities
- Build agents, workflows, and custom tools that let non-engineering teams handle more without adding headcount
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, making the call on what to buy and what to build
- Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, auth and MCP building and extending beyond our Django monolith.
- Partner with customer experience, legal, finance, people, and content ops to source new challenges

- We're hiring a Software Engineer to own direction and architecture on our AI Operations Engineering team.
