Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs
- Lead full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Support employee relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, and issue resolution
- Champion HR programs and drive adoption across the business unit
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support organizational improvement initiatives
- Role supports both hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Success requires strong prioritization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
- Minimal travel required
Compensation
- Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$117,552 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
