Lead, develop and manage resource allocation of a high-performing delivery team comprised of internal and external team members
Establish and continuously refine delivery processes, governance, and controls to support scalable execution
Collaborate with the Development, Design and Project Controls teams to ensure constructability, cost certainty, and schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle including identifying cost optimization and prefabrication opportunities on each project phase
Own delivery-related financial outcomes including capital budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, PO/invoice review & substantiation and facilitation of construction related vendor onboarding like NDA's, Global Purchase Agreements (GPAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Support Sales in leasing pursuits through customer discussions, construction specific RFP response support, lease-driven requirements, and delivery commitments

The role works cross-functionally with Development, Design, Sales, Finance, Operations, EHS, and ESG and represents Delivery leadership in customer and executive engagements.
In this role, you will have people management responsibilities and be expected to build a high-performing team, with a combination of both internal and augmented team members.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience delivering complex, capital-intensive construction projects with at least 5+ years in leadership/management
data center or mission-critical facilities experience required
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving priorities
Travel may be required to support business needs.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
$215,000.00 - $250,000.00 The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
