About the role
- We're a scaling business, and this role is built to grow with us, starting with strong ownership of physical fulfillment and warehouse operations, and expanding over time toward customer billing, order management, and broader operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound and outbound shipments, receiving inventory, processing customer orders, coordinating carriers, and tracking deliveries
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM and operations systems
- Support the broader team with operational and administrative tasks as needed
- You'll manage our direct-to-customer fulfillment operation out of our Austin office, own the order-to-cash process for our customer base, and be the operational backbone of a small, fast-moving team.
- Organized and process-minded; you improve things rather than just maintain them
Requirements
- Experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment - you're comfortable handling shipments and inventory hands-on
- Experience in a growing or scaling business environment
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or order management systems
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
