About the role

As a Developer Advocate at Canvas Medical, you will be the voice of the developer community and a bridge between external developers and our internal product teams.
This role is ideal for a technical communicator passionate about healthcare innovation and developer enablement.
Act as the primary point of contact for external developers, collecting feedback and sharing insights with internal teams.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar, with experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with FHIR standards is a plus.

Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, EMR systems, and developer challenges in health tech is highly desirable.
Technical Advocacy: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, tutorials, sample code, and SDKs to support developers using Canvas Medical's API.
Content Creation: Write blog posts, produce videos, and deliver presentations showcasing best practices, new features, and real-world applications of Canvas Medical's API.
Conduct workshops, office hours, and training sessions to onboard developers to the Canvas Medical platform.
