About the role
- You'll combine people leadership with sound technical judgment to protect our customers and make secure development easier across Harvey.
Responsibilities
- You'll partner directly with our Senior Director of Product Security to translate the broader security strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes for your team.
- You'll hire, develop, and lead Product Security Engineers, establishing clear ownership and helping them become trusted partners to their engineering counterparts.
- Day to day, you'll own your team's planning, prioritization, and delivery.
- You'll communicate risks and progress to engineering leaders, build alignment on priorities, and hold the team accountable for meaningful improvements to Harvey's security.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing security engineers, with a focus on technical growth and clear ownership
- Sound technical judgment and the ability to earn credibility with senior engineers and influence cross-functional partners.

- $272,000 - $390,000 USD
