About the role
- Hopscotch takes a team approach to serve patient needs and provide the best care possible.
- The Hopscotch Care Team is responsible for delivering high-touch, high-quality care to patients, including coordination of care across different physicians and within the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Room patients efficiently, gather necessary information, and support timely provider flow
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Deliver care within scope of certification (e.g., vaccine administration)
- Support additional diagnostic and care needs in collaboration with the team
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens; complete basic waived lab tests
- Care Team Collaboration and Patient Support:
- Provide telephonic support to patients, in line with protocols and physician direction
- Maintain clinic readiness by stocking exam rooms and ordering supplies
- Perform routine quality control checks, including infection control, equipment QA, and monitoring for expired medications/supplies
Requirements
- Experience with an EMR and similar technology

Compensation
- Compensation range for this position is between $20 - $24 per hour depending on clinic location and candidate experience/qualifications.
