Nice to have

  • The primary responsibilities include investigating, evaluating, negotiating and resolving assigned claims.
  • Adhere to Fair Claims Practices Regulations and claims handling guidelines.
  • Prepare and distribute claim reports.
  • Contribute to strong customer relationships by delivering top-notch service.
  • Mentor with senior examiners and managers to observe negotiation strategies and claim resolution practices.
  • Travel to other claim offices and conferences as needed.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • The hourly rate offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
  • The national average hourly range for the Associate Claims Examiner is $27.84/hr- $38.27 /hr with 10% incentive.
