- AHRC NYC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Staten Island.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and build referral relationships with schools, community-based organization and other youth-serving entities.
- Collect and manage eligibility documents for program participants
- Support program enrollment goals and meet deadlines for each recruitment cycle.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- We advocate for people who are neurodiverse to lead full and equitable lives.
- The role involves building relationships with community partners and funding sources to identify potential program applicants, serving as a liaison between referral sources and the program, and coordinating pre-screening and assessment of candidates.
- The ideal candidate has experience working with opportunity youth (e.g. out-of-school, unemployed, or at-risk youth), strong communication skills, and the ability to develop partnerships with schools and community-based organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have
- Professional experience working with opportunity youth, ages 17-24, preferred
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- NYS driver's license preferred
Compensation
- $50,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package
