About the role

  • As the Business Analyst, you will act as the critical bridge between the client's operational stakeholders and our technical delivery pod.

Responsibilities

  • Current-State Process Mapping: Lead workshops with client stakeholders to map existing allocation and routing logic (e.g., origin-to-node-to-customer flows) and identify the root causes of premium freight leakage and mode-mix misalignment.
  • Hypothesis Design: Decompose historical shipment data alongside SMEs to formulate specific, testable hypotheses (e.g., "Wrong-node allocation drives 30-40% of premium freight").
  • Future-State Logic Definition: Collaborate with operations teams to define the "right allocation" rules, mode selection logic, exception thresholds, and escalation gating rules for the new decision engine.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Proven ability to lead complex process-mapping workshops, extract nuanced business logic from Subject Matter Experts, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Operations Consultant, ideally with deep exposure to supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or ERP transformations.

  • AI/Tech Fluency: While you don't need to be a programmer, you must have a strong conceptual understanding of how predictive modelling, data ingestion, and decision-assist engines integrate into operational workflows.
