Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments and scheduling for the CTO and key engineering VPs
- Manage unscheduled requests with attention to detail, efficiency and quality
- Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties, including preparing documents
- Experience in leading projects, developing scope, managing schedules, and following up with stakeholders appropriately

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience supporting a high-level executive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in collaborating and communicating with American-based senior leadership teams
- Experience with productivity, project management, and travel management apps
Compensation
- For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $ 63,000 and $89,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings ( OTE ) between $70,000 and $100,000/year (including bonus or commission).
- In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
