- OOW is a fully licensed new production manufacturer of post sample machine guns as well as its own commercial line of firearms.
- Provide and maintain a team-oriented culture to better accomplish goals and objectives to recognize value and develop God given gifts, talents, and temperaments.
- This includes performing internal calibrations, coordinating third‑party calibrations, managing the gage check‑in/check‑out system, building and issuing gage kits to support jobs, assembling go/no‑go pins, and performing receiving inspection of new or repaired gages.
- This role ensures all M&TE is accurate, traceable, properly maintained, and readily available to support manufacturing and quality operations.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Associate degree in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline
- relevant military experience (e.g., PMEL or equivalent) is also accepted.
- Experience with Gage Pack Software or other calibration management software Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (weights, standards, or gage boxes).
- Fine motor skills required for assembly of small components and precision adjustments.
- Work primarily in a shared lab environment with routine exposure to manufacturing areas.
- review certificates for accuracy and NIST traceability.
- Conduct receiving inspection for new or repaired gages
- verify conformance and enter items into the system.
