About the role

Responsibilities
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Work closely with the Customer Care Team and Engineering Team to ensure seamless support.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
- Engage effectively with internal and external partners.
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a Tier II support role.
- Proven expertise in customer service and technical support.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
- Background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, a positive attitude, and experience with SaaS solutions and technology.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.

- Who We're Looking For
- The Tier II Data Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving more complex customer inquiries and issues that are escalated from Tier I support.
