Responsibilities

  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Work closely with the Customer Care Team and Engineering Team to ensure seamless support.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external partners.
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a Tier II support role.
  • Proven expertise in customer service and technical support.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Background in technical sales engineering, implementation, or technical support.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, a positive attitude, and experience with SaaS solutions and technology.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.

Skills

  • Utilize solid technical skills to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
