About the role

  • This role will focus on maintaining accurate HR data, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • This individual should be comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgment, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
