Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor facility Rehab policies and procedures.
- Manage department metrics, including billing, compliance, and maintain key relationships in the community.
Requirements
- Physical Therapy license is required.
- Occupational Therapy license is required
- At least 3 years of experience as a therapist.

- Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Compensation
- $105,000 - 120,000 Plus Monthly Incentives
