About the role
- Priorities & Workload Control: Balance workload across web, mobile, maintenance, and product initiatives-protecting focus and managing tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Own incoming tech requests (internal + customer), clarify requirements, assess urgency/impact, and route into the right pipeline.
- Keep the backlog clean, current, and build-ready (stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, definition of done).
- Maintain a roadmap that reflects current tasks, the backlog, customer requests, management priorities, and future work-kept accurate and actively managed.
- Track time budgets per initiative, manage scope creep, and ensure delivery stays on time and on budget.
- Coordinate QA/UAT, validate requirements, and support clean releases across web/mobile/product.
- Maintenir un backlog clair, à jour et "build-ready" (stories, critères d'acceptation, dépendances, définition du "done").
- Coordonner avec les parties prenantes (opérations, commercial, support/client, direction) pour aligner les priorités et accélérer les décisions.
- Maintenir et améliorer la façon dont le travail est suivi, documenté et communiqué (tickets, documentation, statuts, rituels).
