About the role

This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
In this role, you will ensure all production operations are completed to appropriate standards and deadlines.
You will be responsible for all personnel administration functions within the department and promoting an atmosphere that encourages and fosters high teamwork and strong ethics.

3+ years of related experience including supervisory experience
Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel).
Must have strong analytical skills to be able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.
Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
Must be detail-oriented and able to review jobs before they are inserted and after to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding operational environment.
Some travel (trade shows, seminars, equipment manufacturers and other Broadridge facilities) as required.
