About the role

  • This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
  • In this role, you will ensure all production operations are completed to appropriate standards and deadlines.
  • You will be responsible for all personnel administration functions within the department and promoting an atmosphere that encourages and fosters high teamwork and strong ethics.

Responsibilities

  • document and counsel on performance/accountabilities.
  • Maintain the capacity to support present and future production volumes including focus on new products, technologies and industry standards, as well as labor requirements.
  • Manage activities, workflow and scheduling of operations staff and/or functions.
  • Prepare, manage, and are accountable for budgets and goals for one or more departments.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
  • Prepare and conduct written performance appraisals; document and counsel on performance/accountabilities.

  • You will manage and administer department budgets, forecasts, policies and procedures.
  • Production Managers develop and provide leadership to team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience including supervisory experience
  • Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel).
  • Must have strong analytical skills to be able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to review jobs before they are inserted and after to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding operational environment.
  • Some travel (trade shows, seminars, equipment manufacturers and other Broadridge facilities) as required.

Nice to have

  • experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred

Skills

  • Monday to Friday.
  • This is a salaried, exempt position.
  • The core hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $110,000 annual.
