- Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Specific qualifications may vary based on assignment. _____ Must be at least 18 years of age _____ Master or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling or social science.
- Charting Requirements ● Initial Treatment Plan must be complete and signed within the timelines required.
- Call must be documented in client chart under the PHI tab. o Must contact referent minimum of once per week via phone to keep family and/or referent updated.

- Minimum Qualifications Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position.
Nice to have
- or by the Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Assistant. _____ Minimum of two years' experience in evaluating and/or treating persons suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse.
Compensation
- $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
