About the role
- Epiphany School seeks a strategic, collaborative, and relationship-focused Campaign Manager to join our team for the life of the Capital Campaign.
- The Campaign Manager plays a key role in advancing Epiphany School's fundraising and donor engagement strategy, with primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day execution of the school's Capital Campaign.
- The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented advancement professional with strong project management skills, experience managing fundraising volunteers, sound fundraising judgment, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management Partner with the Head of School, Director of Development, Advancement team, and Campaign Committee to manage and track all moves made with prospects in the campaign pipeline.
- Manage the campaign operating plan, timelines, and internal coordination to track progress toward campaign goals.
- Support campaign volunteers with all stages of their portfolio work and post-meeting follow-up, including stewardship actions and database updates.
- Donor Relations & Stewardship Manage a comprehensive campaign donor stewardship program that ensures timely, personal, and meaningful recognition.
- Manage donor recognition preferences and execute recognition initiatives, including donor plaques, named spaces, and donor reports.
- Support event logistics, registration, volunteer coordination, and post-event follow-up as needed.
- Data, Reporting & Prospect Research Track and manage campaign moves management activity using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Support foundation requests and proposals related to campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with members of the Development Office to support department-wide initiatives, events, and strategic priorities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with donors, volunteers, senior leadership, and trustees.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in development, advancement, or a related field ideally with experience in a Capital Campaign.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required.
- Evening and weekend work is required, including donor meetings, campaign events, and committee meetings.
- Local travel may be required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000 based on years of experience, education, and internal equity.
