About the role

  • You will be the technical builder of analytics experiences-designing and developing experiences that are performant, reusable, and aligned with real user needs.
  • You'll work within a POD to deliver data products that go beyond static dashboards to become embedded tools in daily workflows.
  • Success in this role means building products that users adopt quickly, trust deeply, and rely on consistently-while adhering to enterprise standards for security, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain production-grade workbooks in Sigma and Databricks that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Analytics Engineers, and Clinical Informaticists to refine requirements and validate outputs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data visualization.
  • Proven fluency in Sigma Computing -you've built complex, production-grade workbooks from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of relational data models and SQL (you can debug query logic when needed).
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, clinical).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Databricks, etc.).
  • Experience with migrating legacy dashboards to Sigma or similar modern tools.
  • Experience setting BI best practices or leading standards in a prior role.
  • Required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver iteratively.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, including data quality, access control, and documentation.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in healthcare analytics (clinical, financial, or operational).
  • Background in product thinking -you've helped define what to build, not just how to build it.

Compensation

  • The base pay scale for this position is $99,000.00 - $150,750.00.
  • The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
