About the role
- REEDS Jewelers is excited to post this important position to join our team.
- REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a team oriented Merchandise Return Associate for our corporate office in Wilmington, NC.
- Respond to store inquiries regarding merchandise returns.
Responsibilities
- Partner with other corporate departments and stores to provide timely assistance and perform other duties as directed by Lead, Supervisor and Inventory Control Director.
- Conduct business affairs in a legal and ethical manner, building a socially conscious environment.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate or the equivalent Have adequate computer experience Demonstrated communication skills.
- Must be able to perform light housekeeping duties Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks including preparing boxes for shipment, breaking down boxes for trash or storage, and moving boxes of merchandise
Nice to have
- Inventory and distribution experience preferred Must be able to stand up to 90% of the day Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
