Responsibilities

  • The Electrical Engineer supports the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components, circuitry, and hardware systems, applying established engineering principles to develop reliable solutions, perform testing and analysis, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.
  • Contribute to the design and development of electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry by determining design approaches, parameters, and technical requirements (35%).
  • Perform analyses, modeling, and experimental testing to establish operating data and evaluate system behavior, performance, and reliability (25%).
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support design decisions, resolve technical issues, and contribute to overall product readiness (10%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 4-6+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering roles
  • Experience designing and evaluating electronic components, circuitry, and hardware systems
  • Proficiency with electrical design tools, simulation software, and test equipment
  • Knowledge of component selection, reliability principles, and supplier evaluation

  • Strong analytical skills for conducting experiments, evaluations, and data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation
