About the role
- The Finance Systems & ERP Manager owns The Nuclear Company's finance systems and ERP environment, responsible for selecting, configuring, and integrating the tools that support accounting, close, and financial reporting.
- This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, Software Engineering, and IT to build scalable, automated financial infrastructure that keeps pace with TNC's fleet-scale construction growth and services expansion.
- Serving as the technical bridge between the finance team's process needs and the underlying systems that support them, this role ensures TNC's financial operations are reliable, efficient, and positioned to scale with the company's rapid growth.

Compensation
- Estimated Starting Salary Range
- The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
