T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we

Lead, coach, and develop the Raw Materials team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.
Oversee the receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control of all raw materials to support production requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Procurement and PMC to prevent shortages while maintaining target inventory levels.
Manage daily material staging and issuance to production while ensuring First Expired, First Out (FEFO) and inventory control standards are followed.
Oversee cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Partner with Quality to manage material holds, nonconforming inventory, and disposition activities while minimizing operational impact.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for raw material handling, storage, and inventory management.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, material availability, receiving performance, and production support.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and process standardization.

Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, MES, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to safely operate or become certified on powered industrial equipment as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and production support.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, MES, and Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle experience is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers and external warehouse operations is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities for extended periods.

The Raw Materials Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Raw Materials department, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of materials from receipt through production consumption.
This position oversees inventory accuracy, material availability, warehouse personnel, and compliance with company policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely within WMS, MES, and ERP systems.

Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and annual inventory activities, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.
