Responsibilities
- We recognize that clinicians wear multiple hats - care team quarterback, leader, mediator, translator - and our goal is to support and partner with them so they can effectively care for our patients.
- Communicator: Manages communication with and across patients, families, and caregivers, fosters team collaboration and addresses communication gaps to ensure effective care management.
- Advocate: Supports patients and families and meets them where they are while leveraging resources to ensure coordinated and seamless care.

Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- At least 2 years of experience working in a pediatric setting

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $148,500.00.
- Total compensation reflects a range higher than the base salary.
