About the role
- The HRBP reports to the Director, Human Resources for Seaspan.
Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in the Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery Team and supports the delivery of Seaspan's strategic talent management strategy.
- In this role, you will primary support our Shipyard Operations teams.
- The HRBP supports assigned business units to provide expertise and advice on human resources programs.
- Although based in North Vancouver, the HRBP will collaborate and work closely with the wider Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery Team on strategic projects across all of Seaspan's business units.
